WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued a final rule to rescind statewide acreage limitations and development contract provisions for hardrock mineral permits and leases. This action removes regulations that previously capped the amount of land a single entity could hold for mineral operations within a single state.
