WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa released the following written testimony by Tony P. Hall, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture, from a Feb. 10, 2026, hearing entitled "Advancing Peace in DRC and Rwanda Through President Trump's Washington Accords - Part II."
