WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division filed a civil lawsuit to block Reddy Ice LLC, Dallas, Texas, from acquiring Chill Holdings Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, also known as Arctic Glacier.
