WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice filed a proposed consent decree with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia to resolve allegations of environmental violations by Antero Resources Corp., Denver, Colorado.
