WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is extending the postponement of certain regulatory provisions regarding trichloroethylene (TCE) for an additional 90 days.
This action further delays the effective date for workplace conditions tied to Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 6(g) exemptions. Originally established in a December 2024 final rule, these requirements are now postponed from Feb. 17, 2026, to May 18, 2026.
