WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Maritime Commission received a complaint from Gator Fabrication Technology LLC, Ormond Beach, Florida, alleging violations of the Shipping Act by two transportation intermediaries.

The filing names the following companies as respondents:

* Flador Global Logistics (also known as Flador Global Uluslararasi Tasimacilik Loj.Distic Ltd.Sti), Izmir, Turkiye.
