WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission released a final rule amending the Table of TV Allotments to improve signal quality for viewers in Kansas. The action grants a request by Kansas Public Telecommunications Service Inc., Wichita, to change the broadcast frequency for noncommercial educational station KPTS(TV).
