WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration is evaluating a request from Railtown 1897 State Historic Park (RT 1897), Jamestown, California, concerning specific safety regulations for a vintage rail car.
