WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a final rule to modify Class D and Class E airspace surrounding Miami Executive Airport, Florida. This action seeks to improve the safety and management of instrument flight rules operations in the region.
