WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing applications for the acquisition of First State Banking Corp. and MC Bancshares Inc., both of Russellville, Arkansas. Under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, several entities have filed for approval to acquire control or voting shares of these organizations.
