WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement announced the approval of an amendment to the Montana regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977. This final rule approves changes to the Montana Code Annotated and the Administrative Rules of Montana regarding ownership and control of mining operations.
