WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced its decision to terminate a consolidated investigation into the importation of solar cells and components by TOPCon, Tokyo, Japan. ITC opted not to review an initial determination that granted a joint motion from the involved parties to end the proceedings.
