NEW YORK, Feb. 12 -- The New York State Nurses Association issued the following news release:

Nurses at NewYork-Presbyterian Begin Contract Ratification Votes

All striking nurses holding votes to ratify contracts that protect patient and nurse safety

Ratification vote results will be announced Wednesday evening. If nurses ratify contracts, most will return to work by Saturday, Feb. 14
