WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Trade Commission is taking action to align its regulations with recent federal court rulings. These judicial decisions vacated three of the agency's measures, leading to the withdrawal or revision of rules governing auto sales, negative options and non-compete clauses.
