WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a revision to the Oklahoma state implementation plan intended to reduce regional haze and improve visibility in national parks and wilderness areas. This proposal addresses the second planning period of the federal visibility program spanning 2018 through 2028.
