WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a portion of the Oklahoma state implementation plan focused on interstate transport of air pollution. The proposal addresses the "good neighbor" provision of the Clean Air Act for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide (SO2) primary National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
