WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve parts of a plan from Illinois to address ozone levels in the Chicago and Metro East St. Louis areas. The proposal focuses on the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard for areas classified as Moderate nonattainment.
