WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve revisions to the Arizona state implementation plan concerning air quality requirements for the 2015 ozone standard. The proposal focuses on the Gila County portion of the Phoenix-Mesa ozone nonattainment area.
