ITA Decides to Maintain Antidumping Orders on Polyethylene Terephthalate Film

WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration announced that revoking antidumping duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip (PET Film) from India and Taiwan would likely cause dumping to continue or return. This determination follows the fourth sunset reviews of the orders originally established on July 1, 2002.
