WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a notice of proposed rulemaking to establish Class E airspace over the Haywood Regional Medical Center, Clyde, North Carolina. This proposal aims to provide the necessary controlled airspace for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the facility.
