WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 (TNSFR) -- The Mississippi Department of Archives and History intends to repatriate 112 cultural items to the Chickasaw Nation. The museum determined these unassociated funerary objects are culturally affiliated with the Tribe and were likely placed intentionally with or near human remains during death rites or ceremonies.
