WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration issued a notice regarding an application from the Fort Wayne Zoo, Indiana, to import a California sea lion for public display. The facility seeks to transport the animal from the West Edmonton Mall in Alberta, Canada.
