Today, U.S. Representative James Walkinshaw (VA-11) and U.S. Senator Brian Schatz (D-Hawai'i) introduced the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates (FAIR) Act, a bill that would provide federal employees with a 4.1 percent pay increase in calendar year 2027.
