WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission proposes to substitute channel 10 for channel 36 at Norwell station in Massachusetts, following a request from RNN Boston License Co. LLC.
The licensee requested the change to allow the station to remain on the air and maintain service to viewers within its coverage area. Because the petitioner intends to use its currently licensed technical parameters, the FCC determined that the substitution meets community cover . . .
