WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 (TNSFR) -- The Foreign-Trade Zones Board granted approval to Oerlikon Metco Inc. for the establishment of Subzone 37H in Westbury, New York.
The agency examiner reviewed the submission and confirmed that the proposal satisfied the required approval criteria.
This authorization remains subject to the FTZ Act and Board regulations. The subzone must also operate within the existing 2,000-acre activation limit assigned to FTZ 37.
