WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior National Park Service proposed a rule to expand recreational access within Mammoth Cave National Park, Kentucky, by authorizing bicycle use on approximately 37 miles of multi-use trails and opening a 5.4-mile road to equestrian use. The proposal aims to improve visitor experiences above the park's world-famous cave system while addressing deteriorating trail conditions.
