WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is requesting public comment on a proposed amendment to its agreement with the state of Wyoming. Under the proposal, the commission would transfer regulatory authority to the state for source material recovered from mineral resources processed primarily for purposes other than their uranium or thorium content.
