WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice filed a proposed consent decree with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York on Jan. 2, 2026, regarding environmental cleanup costs in Salina and Dewitt, New York.
