WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System has received a notice from a group acting in concert to acquire voting shares of Park Financial Group Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota. This proposed transaction would allow the group to indirectly acquire voting shares of Park State Bank, Duluth, Minnesota.
