WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a change to the air quality implementation plan for Pennsylvania involving the Philadelphia Gas Works Richmond Plant. The proposal seeks to amend requirements for nitrogen oxide emissions at the facility to ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
