WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the "Amendment of Section 73.622(j), Table of Allotments, Television Broadcast Stations (Norwell, Massachusetts)" (MB Docket No. 26-29). This action follows a petition by RNN Boston License Co. LLC, the licensee of station WWDP.
