WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a final rule to update standard instrument approach procedures and takeoff minimums at various airports in 15 states. These updates, effective Feb. 5, 2026, ensure the safe and efficient use of navigable airspace as the National Airspace System evolves with new navigational facilities and updated safety criteria.
