WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced the establishment of operating cost adjustment factors for project-based assistance contracts. These factors, known as OCAFs, apply to eligible multifamily housing projects with an anniversary date on or after Feb. 11, 2026.
