WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration jointly announced a temporary rule to provide 64,716 supplemental H-2B visas for fiscal 2026. This action aims to assist American businesses facing irreparable harm or severe financial loss due to labor shortages.
