WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration announced its decision to terminate a rulemaking process that would have revised national standards for metropolitan and statewide transportation planning. The rule, titled "Statewide and Nonmetropolitan Planning; Metropolitan Transportation Planning," was withdrawn from the agency's Unified Agenda.
