ITA to Launch Multiple 38 Sunset Reviews in March 2026

WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration announced that it will initiate 38 five-year sunset reviews in March 2026. These reviews, conducted under the Tariff Act of 1930, determine if ending antidumping or countervailing duty orders would likely cause a recurrence of material injury or subsidies.
