WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration announced that the California Department of Transportation has reached a final decision to move forward with safety and operational improvements on the Arroyo Seco Parkway, also known as State Route 110. The project area spans the cities of Los Angeles and South Pasadena within Los Angeles County, California.
