WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing a proposal from OceanFirst Financial Corp., Toms River, New Jersey, to merge with Flushing Financial Corp., seeking to acquire the assets and voting shares of the entity, which includes the indirect acquisition of Flushing Bank, both of Uniondale, New York.
