ITC Upholds Default Findings in Chocolate Milk Powder Trademark Case

WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced its decision not to review an initial determination finding four companies in default for violating existing trade orders. The ruling stems from an enforcement proceeding involving the unauthorized importation and sale of chocolate milk powder.
