WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a proposal to approve state implementation plan submissions from Alabama, Arizona, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico and Tennessee regarding interstate transport obligations for the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
