WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued an "Order Instituting Public Administrative Proceedings Pursuant to Rule 102(e) of the Commission's Rules of Practice, Making Findings, and Imposing Remedial Sanctions" (File No. 3-22589) against Kevin A. Van de Grift, CPA. The action results in his immediate suspension from practicing as an accountant before the Commission.
