WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Services announced a proposal to reinstate and change a previously approved information collection for nonimmigrant agricultural workers. The notice specifically concerns Form I-129H2A, which employers use to petition for temporary workers under the H-2A classification.
