WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced the approval of a state implementation plan revision for Pennsylvania. This decision confirms that the existing vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance program in the Philadelphia area satisfies federal requirements for the 2015 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards.
