WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 -- The House Homeland Security Committee released the following testimony by Madhu Gottumukkala, acting director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, from a Jan. 21, 2026, hearing entitled "Oversight of the Department of Homeland Security: CISA, TSA, S&T."
