WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 (TNSLrpt) -- Pacific Northwest National Laboratory has issued report PNNL-35824, titled 'Clean Energy to Communities Technical Assistance for Region Five, MN,' authored by Supriya Goel and Manan Singh for the U.S. Department of Energy under contract DE-AC05-76RL01830.
