WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a proposal to amend the controlled airspace over Greater Binghamton Airport/Edwin A. Link Field in Binghamton, New York. The notice of proposed rulemaking suggests a slight reduction in the lateral dimensions of both Class D and Class E2 airspace areas.
