WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced that it is further postponing the effective date of its 2024 Horse Protection final rule. Initially scheduled for February 1, 2025, the remaining provisions of the rule will now take effect on December 31, 2026.
