WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement confirmed that it is finalizing the removal of obsolete water treatment regulations. The move officially deletes requirements that have been legally void for four decades but remained printed in the Code of Federal Regulations.
