WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a proposal to revise its regulations regarding the Freedom of Information Act. The action seeks to eliminate the Environmental Justice Expedited Processing category, which currently allows certain requesters to receive faster access to records and fee waivers.
