MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Ian Koval, a satellite communications operator with Communications Company, Headquarters and Service Battalion, 2nd MLG, and a native of Pennsylvania, was the original mind behind the creation of the mount.
